Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Body Meeting of the members of OTA Alumni Association will be held on 11 SEP 26 at 1730H.
ALL OTA ALUMNI MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO ATTEND AND BE SEATED BY 1720H POSITIVELY AT CHANAKYA AUDITORIUM, OTA, CHENNAI.
2.The Conduct of the GBM will be on the following lines :
(a) Opening and Welcome Address by the Hon'y President (DCCI, OTA, Chennai- Ex officio)
(b) Progress on Minutes of previous Meet held on 12 Sep 25. (Secretary, OTA Alumni)
(c) Passing of Minutes.
(d) Brief on Status of OTAAA Fund & Accts. (Treasurer - AAG, OTA, Chennai - ex offico)
(e) Passing of Accts of OTAAA Fund.
(F) Points from Executive Committee.
(g) Points from Members.
(h) Address by Patron (Ex officio - Comdt OTA, Chennai)
(I) Vote of Thanks by Hon'y Vice President. (Brig A, OTA, Chennai - Ex officio)
3.Members wishing to give points for the AGBM may do so in the following format:
(a) Suggestions - giving out briefly the point.
(b) Proposed Solutions or Options for the given point or issue at hand.
(c) Those giving suggestions, are kindly requested to quote their Membership number positively, else their point would not be considered. Points cannot be taken up from any non member.
(d) If incase, anyone has a membership number but has forgotten it or lost his card, assistance can be provided by our OTA Alumni Cell. Also if, any Alumni wish to take up a fresh membership, you are welcome to do so.

The last day for acceptance of points for the AGBM would be 10 Aug 26 (Monday)
4.As per the provsn stipulated at para 16 (a)(iii) of ByeLaws of AOP(Association of Persons) of OTAAA "A Life member shall have the right to attend all the general body meetings (GBMs) of the association."
5.Hence it is kindly requested that all OTA Alumni wishing to attend, may take up the Voluntary Lifetime Membership of OTAAA and thus enable its smooth conduct pl.
6.Dress Code : Shirt and OTA Tie/ Special Jubilee Tie if courses are making one for their Diamond/Golden/ Silver Jubilees.
