NOTICE : AGBM of OTAAA - 12 SEP 25
- Notice is hearby given that the Annual General Body Meeting of the members of OTA Alumni Association will be held on 12 SEP 25 at 1730H. ALL OTA ALUMNI MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO BE SEATED BY 1720H POSITIVELY AT CHANAKYA AUDITORIUM, OTA, CHENNAI.
2. The Conduct of the GBM will be on the following lines :
(a) Opening address by Hon'y President.
(b) Progress on Minutes of previuos Meet held on 13 Sep 24.
(c) Passing of Minutes.
(d) Brief on Status of OTAAA Fund & Accts.
(e) Passing of Accts of OTAAA Fund.
(F) Points from Executive Committee.
(g) Points from Members.
(h) Address by Patron.
(I) Vote of Thanks by Hon'y Vice President.
(j) Election of New Executive Comittee Members.
3.Any member wishing to give any point for the GBM may do so in the following format:
(a) Suggestions - giving out briefly the point.
(b) Proposed Solutions or Options for the given point or issue at hand.

4.The final event of the GBM would be the Selection of Executive Members. Any member desirous to stand for the post of Secretary, OTAAA or as Executive Member may kindly forward their name along with their Course Ser no, own SS/ IC No, their OTAAA MEMEBERSHIP No. along with their choice of post to the following

The last day for acceptance of points for the AGBM and for acceptance of nominations for the Executive Committee Members by OTAAA would be 2nd Sep 25 (Saturday)
5. As per the provsn stipulated at para 16 (a)(iii) of ByeLaws of AOP(Association of Persons) of OTAAA "A Life member shall have the right to attend all the general body meetings (GBMs) of the association and to vote there at"
6. Hence it is kindly requested that all OTA Alumni wishing to attend/vote/get elected as office bearers take up the Voluntary Lifetime Membership of OTAAA, to attend/vote at the GBM of OTAAA and thus enable its smooth conduct pl.
7. Dress Code : Shirt and OTA Tie/ Special Jubilee Tie if courses are making one for their Golden/ Silver Jubilees.
